does not looked shopped, and i do see this all the time at the gym. hockey players and well as skiers do this exercise all the time.. it is hard stuff.. but fantastic for your core

if he's simply holding the position i would say he just needs a decent spotter and it'd be fine. if he's throwing in full squats on that ball, he's just an idiot. spotter can't stop him from falling forward

this exercise is super!!! you will find muscles in your lower body you newer know you had. but as guy wrote, a great spotter is a must!

i've done that with just the bar. if you get a great ball and have a good floor, you can do it- just need practice and a very trustworthy spotter.
