If anyone still has a floppy drive then i suggest you dig it out now and put it to some very cool usage - I always knew there was a final true calling for it, because storing information wasn't really it's strong point - This is AWESOME !!!

The tech skills needed for that are awesome, that reminds me of the star wars telnet. if u have ipv6 then u get color, ipv4 works just fine, telnet to [link deleted] if you want to watch star wars in ascii..

I've done something similar with a hard disk drive before. Its pretty simple really, you would just need to hook the servo up to an amplifier. Start with the volume low and then make your way up until it sounds right. Very simple, and quite amusing :
