Looks kind of like a SERIOUS gust of wind pushed the panel back...If you look at the panel 180 degrees around from the one that flew back, that one swung in as well. I never realized the safety mechanisms let them go quite that far...

This happend in belgium in a bank office, it was a few months ago and the bank is realy pissed it got on the internet :D.
Also the guy barely has any scratches and it was caused by some safety mechanisism
