Haha, the punches were the funniest part to me...
I do think batman used that voice too much in this movie. In Batman Begins, at least he only used the voice occasionally only to really scare his victims. The Dark Knight was still epically superninja!

He talks like that because some of the people he talks to as Batman he also talks to as Bruce. It's kinda like Clark Kent can't be Superman because Clark wears glasses.
