What did the laptop ever do? Bit unfair, she should've picked up the kid & smashed him on the floor! Little bit of overkill just to get him to do the dishes, but I suppose it worked - Most disappointing of all? Never did get to see that magic trick

I think that the parent is as much at fault as her child. 5 minutes might have been necessary to save his homework or shut it down etc. The kid should have been more respectful and the mother should have been more patient. Now the family is out $$$
